Aron Rodrigue made honorary citizen of Greek city of Didymoteicho

Aron Rodrigue, the Daniel E. Koshland Professor in Jewish Culture and History, T. Robert and Katherine States Burke Family Director of the Bing Overseas Studies Program, John Henry Samter University Fellow in Undergraduate Education, and professor of history, has been made an honorary citizen of the northeastern Greek city of Didymoteicho in recognition of his research and publications on the Sephardi Jews of the Ottoman Balkans and Asia Minor.
