Andrei Linde, a Humanities and Sciences Professor and professor in the Department of Physics, is one of the winners of the 2024 Isaac Pomeranchuk Prize from Moscow’s Institute for Theoretical and Experimental Physics. He was selected for his contributions in cosmology and in particular for his inflation theory of the universe.
