Monika Schleier-Smith, an associate professor in the Department of Physics, has been named to the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation's 2024 cohort of Experimental Physics Investigators. The initiative is designed to support new and imaginative projects that will advance the field of physics. Schleier-Smith will explore new approaches to error correction for quantum technologies.
